  • Trauma-informed practice, with a focus on supporting survivors of various forms of violence

EDI policy & procedure consultation

We support organizations in building equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) into the core of their operations. This includes reviewing and developing internal policies, hiring practices, intake forms, and workplace protocols to ensure they are inclusive, culturally responsive, and aligned with current best practices. Our approach is collaborative and tailored, centering the lived experiences of marginalized communities while supporting sustainable, system-level change.

In addition, we offer strategies to help ensure these changes are sustained over time and lead to meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Staff support

In our local communities, frontline workers, service providers, and team members are increasingly impacted by the global rise in racist, homophobic, and transphobic policies; particularly those emerging from the U.S. These realities can be especially heavy for racialized, 2SLGBTQI+, immigrant, and other marginalized team members.

We offer justice-oriented support spaces where teams can process current realities, build resilience, and access practical tools for navigating stress and burnout. Services include reflective group facilitation, healing-centered debriefs, and one-on-one consultations to help leadership respond with care and clarity during times of systemic harm.

Inclusive workplaces begin with acknowledging the real challenges your staff face, and responding with intention. We’re here to support you in that work.
