Nabat Health is a community-centered healthcare clinic dedicated to serving BIMPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) individuals. All services are provided by practitioners who identify as members of BIMPOC communities, ensuring culturally relevant and affirming care.

• All staff, contractors, and collaborators are expected to embody and uphold the core values of the clinic.

• Nabat offers longitudinal medical care with a specialized focus on gender, sexuality, and sexual health. As such, all practitioners must be deeply knowledgeable and affirming in their approach to the diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and expressions of our clients and patients.

• As a newly established clinic, some systems and policies are still in development. New team members are invited to take initiative, exercise leadership, and help shape the clinic’s evolving service model. This dynamic environment can be both rewarding and challenging, and requires adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

• At present, compensation is aligned with industry standards, with a percentage allocated to cover operational overhead. As Nabat becomes more established, we aim to provide compensation that exceeds the basics and reflects the value of our team’s work.
